Piece of hook touchtape to go across the front tabs of the cover to ensure little moving hands can't undo the tabs. These are a great addition to have if you have older style tabs (where there is cotton fabric between the two pieces of the tab). 

 

All newer style tabs are much harder for little ones to get off. This is a quick and easy fix... makes it nearly impossible for any toddler or little one to get the cover undone!!
