Fleece covers offer the same unique design with an outer layer of breathable waterproof and an inner layer of soft fleece. Fleece is also sewn around the waist to provide a stretch when fitting the cover on. A fleece cover eliminates the possibility of wicking and is the perfect cover for times when a change is not practical.
