Replacement Conditions

We offer replacements for certain conditions within a period of 90 days from shipping date. Replacement items will be in the same print as the original or one of our choosing. Proof of purchase is necessary and the original item must be returned to us. If you have a concern please contact us directly. 

• If an eyelet becomes detached you are eligible for a replacement.
• If the waterproof on a cover is not working you are eligible for a replacement. *note* We will ask you to perform a quick test to confirm the waterproof material is faulty.
• An issue with the velcro arises

Repair Conditions 

Some problems can be repaired. Repairs are free within 90 days of shipping. After 90 days repairs are available for a small charge plus shipping. If you have a concern please contact us directly. 

Return Conditions 

Due to the nature of this product (sanitary reasons) we don't do returns on used items.
